Job Summary
To support the promotion and monetization of USA TODAY's in-house book publishing program, the hybrid Partnerships & Marketing Associate will manage integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate with retail partners, and develop multi-channel marketing strategies to drive product sales and audience engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Support the promotion and sales of USA TODAY's book portfolio through integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media, email, events, and partner channels
- Build and maintain relationships with advertisers, partners, and vendors to enhance product visibility
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, publishing, retail, or a related field
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using AI tools for marketing execution and performance optimization
