Partnerships Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Operations Associate to support and scale private sector partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of partner data, including commercial terms and reporting cadence
• Produce regular partner usage reports and proactively resolve discrepancies
• Support management of existing partner contracts, including usage validation and invoice reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• Experience in partner operations, customer operations, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or data-driven environments
• Strong comfort working with usage data, reporting, and metrics
• Familiarity with commercial workflows such as contracts and invoicing
• Proven ability to manage processes end-to-end with attention to detail
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams in fast-moving environments
