Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Operations Manager to oversee the referral and partnerships program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor execution of tasks, deadlines, and commitments within the partnerships program
• Coordinate the work of Affiliate Managers, Referral Managers, and Account Managers
• Prepare regular reports on program performance and key metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in operations, program management, or project management
• Strong ability to manage processes and align multiple teams and stakeholders
• Confidence working with metrics, reports, and KPIs
• Experience with task trackers and CRM systems
• Interest in crypto, fintech, or digital products
