Partnerships Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To streamline partner onboarding and execution, the full-time Partnerships Operations Specialist will manage workflows, coordinate processes across internal teams, and enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and execution workflows for partners to scale the team's operational capacity
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new partners, actively improving timelines and reducing operational bottlenecks
• Create and maintain operational infrastructure such as playbooks and launch checklists for Partnerships processes

Required qualifications

• 100% fluent in both English and Spanish
• Proven track record in project coordination and operational execution
• Strong ability to align and drive execution across diverse internal teams
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills with attention to detail
• Prior exposure to Fintech, cross-border payments, or operational environments is highly valued
