Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Specialist - Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new partnerships with U.S. partner pharmacies through cold calls and outreach efforts
  • Manage a high volume of cold calls and the full sales cycle from initial contact to partnership close
  • Build long-term relationships with potential partners and ensure smooth handoff to post-close teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in business development or inside sales, preferably in healthcare or pharma
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets with strong cold calling experience
  • Experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting quotas and handling rejection
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
