Job Summary
Building a systematic approach to partner opportunities, the full-time remote Partnerships Strategy & Enablement Lead will evaluate, prioritize, and enable partners to effectively qualify and deploy solutions while collaborating across teams to ensure successful execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a repeatable system to assess partner-sourced opportunities and provide clear go/no-go recommendations
- Lead comprehensive opportunity assessments, quantifying deal value and mapping feasibility against strategic priorities
- Create commercial and technical enablement resources to empower partners in qualifying, selling, and deploying solutions independently
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, partnerships, or a relevant commercial role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models and make clear recommendations based on data
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project execution
- Familiarity with LATAM enterprise markets and partner ecosystems is a plus
