Partnerships Vice President

Job Summary

Leading the unification of referral-generating functions, the full-time remote VP of Partnerships will design and implement a multi-year growth strategy, develop institutional partnerships, and mentor a high-performing team to enhance Foodsmart's partnership ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the multi-year referral growth roadmap across all partnership verticals
• Lead the identification and structuring of new partnerships with healthcare organizations and community-based outreach
• Oversee the food vendor partnerships and marketplace strategy while managing community engagement efforts

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, with at least 6 years in healthcare or health-adjacent sectors
• 5+ years of management experience with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
• Deep familiarity with the social determinants of health ecosystem, including FQHCs and community organizations
• Experience in navigating both institutional healthcare and non-traditional partners
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA, or MPH strongly preferred
