Parts Catalog Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Parts Catalog Field Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze stocking levels using usage reports and fleet counts
• Assist in building cross-reference files for the parts master and VIN to Part Catalogs
• Coordinate with vendors and internal staff for new shop launches and resolve field inventory issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in automotive data analysis and setting stocking levels
• Experience using BI systems such as DOMO, Tableau, or Microsoft BI
• Proficiency in SQL and inventory management software
• Project management experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
