Job Summary

A company is looking for a Parts Identification Specialist (MFG Support).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls to assist with parts identification inquiries
  • Research and escalate requests using equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and parts listings
  • Log call details into CRM and follow up on open cases within 2 business days
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Proficient in English; bilingual in English & Spanish is a bonus
  • Quality high-speed internet connection at home
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Availability to work M-F from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (CST) / 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (EST)
