Job Summary

Answering a high volume of inbound calls, the full-time Parts Identification Specialist will assist customers with parts identification inquiries, utilizing technical resources while providing exceptional customer service in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with parts identification inquiries by answering 40-50 inbound calls daily
  • Research and escalate requests using equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and parts listings
  • Log call details into the CRM and follow up on open cases within 2 business days
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual in English & Spanish is a bonus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Availability to work M-F from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (CST) / 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed
