Job Summary

A company is looking for a Parts Purchasing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Bulk purchase parts for vehicles with long waitlists or down for repairs
• Track parts availability and collaborate with field maintenance managers
• Create and manage purchase orders and procure hard-to-find parts

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in automotive parts inventory and ordering processes
• 1-2 years in a dealership parts department preferred
• General understanding of automotive maintenance practices
• Previous automotive part ordering experience is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions
