Parts Service Specialist
Job Summary
Managing the Inquiry To Remittance (ITR) process, the full-time remote Parts Service Specialist will interpret customer RFQ requirements, quote and process purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quotes in response to customer queries and manage the RFQ fulfillment process
- Log and validate purchase orders, ensuring accurate transfer for order fulfillment
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and maintain information in the quote tool for financial forecasting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-oriented or quote management role
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP/SFDC for quote management and finance reporting
- Ability to work independently and in a matrixed environment
