Parts Service Specialist
Job Summary
Managing the Inquiry To Remittance (ITR) process, the full-time remote Parts Service Specialist will interpret customer RFQ requirements, quote, process purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quotes in response to customer queries and manage the RFQ fulfillment process
- Receive and validate purchase orders, coordinating with various teams to ensure on-time quote delivery
- Maintain accurate information in the quote tool for financial forecasting and support invoice processing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-oriented or quote management role
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP/SFDC for quote management and data reporting
- Ability to work independently and in a matrixed environment
