Parts Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Parts Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop plans and align resources to meet customer needs and quality expectations
• Work cross-functionally to improve spare parts processes and drive tool adoption
• Manage the spare parts team and develop KPIs to measure performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience or high school diploma/GED with 4 additional years of product management experience
• Recent experience in managing a large remote employee-based territory
• Experience in customer relations and managing employee performance
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic agenda
