Parts Technical Support Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Parts Technical Support Agent to provide technical expertise related to parts for the North American dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Process requests via phone and online tools, documenting them for accuracy
• Research issues and find solutions to reduce machine downtime for dealers
• Coordinate with quality teams to address parts issues and provide corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Agriculture, Construction, or mechanical/technical science with three years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum one year experience with Windows-based computer systems
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
