Patch Management Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patch Management Technician (Hybrid - Connecticut).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute patching activities across various operating systems
• Apply updates to enterprise applications and system components
• Monitor patch compliance and generate reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in systems administration or IT operations with a focus on patch management
• MCSE or equivalent professional certification
• Proactive planning for upgrades within and outside the corporate domain
• Demonstrated working knowledge of moderately complex to complex hardware and software products
