Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patent Analyst in Chemistry/Biotech on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept projects with defined due dates based on availability
• Perform comprehensive patent searches and provide written opinions on patentability
• Maintain proficiency with patent searching databases and stay updated on search procedures

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen or work eligible legal resident residing in the U.S. for the last two years
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in patents or intellectual property
• 1+ year of work experience in the industry or advanced research in a related field
• Must pass USPTO Background check and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
