Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Patent Associate (USPTO Licensed) will manage and prosecute patent applications while collaborating with clients on strategic advice related to their technology and patent portfolios in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and prosecute patent applications, ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technology and provide strategic patent portfolio advice
- Draft and respond to Office Actions, demonstrating strong writing and patent drafting skills
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of patent prosecution experience
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Active Patent bar registration
- Experience in telecommunications, artificial intelligence, processors, batteries, or cybersecurity is preferred
