Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the patent portfolio and participate in strategic decision-making
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to identify new patentable ideas
• Oversee patent prosecution and manage foreign filing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
• For Patent Attorney candidates: JD degree and admission to at least one State Bar
• For Patent Agent candidates: USPTO Registration in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution and drafting
• Strong interest in developing AI agents and using emerging AI tools in legal operations
