Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patent Docketing and Compliance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day patent administration including docketing, compliance, and reporting
  • Respond to patent case statuses and manage annuity service provider for fee payments
  • Train faculty and staff on compliance and generate docket reports to ensure adherence to deadlines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
  • 3 years of experience in intellectual property management or as a patent paralegal
  • Knowledge of USPTO rules and procedures
  • Familiarity with PCT and foreign patent rules
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
