Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patent Docketing and Compliance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day patent administration including docketing, compliance, and reporting
- Respond to patent case statuses and manage annuity service provider for fee payments
- Train faculty and staff on compliance and generate docket reports to ensure adherence to deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
- 3 years of experience in intellectual property management or as a patent paralegal
- Knowledge of USPTO rules and procedures
- Familiarity with PCT and foreign patent rules
- Paralegal certificate preferred
