Patent Drafting Solutions Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time AI Solutions Lead - IP Legal / Patent Drafting, this remote position will engage with customers to enhance patent drafting solutions, collaborate with product teams, and influence product development using hands-on patent drafting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to patent and IP professionals, demonstrating how AI can improve workflows
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape AI-powered patent and IP solutions
• Translate customer challenges into product enhancements and develop enablement materials

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience drafting patent applications as a Patent Attorney, Patent Agent, or similar IP professional
• Strong understanding of patent drafting, prosecution, and IP workflows
• Genuine interest in technology and AI's impact on patent processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build credibility with customers
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
