Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid to Senior Level Associate - Patent Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Partners on complex, high-stakes patent litigation cases
Manage all aspects of patent litigation in federal court, including legal research and drafting legal documents
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on patent law issues

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience as a patent litigator
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
MA and ideally a PhD in life sciences
Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation preferred
Admitted and in good standing to any US state bar
