Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patent Paralegal to join their IP team in Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of U.S. and international patent matters, ensuring compliance with deadlines
• Prepare and file U.S. patent applications, including national stage filings under 371
• Mentor and provide training to less experienced paralegals and administrative staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Intellectual Property law focused on patent prosecution
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international patent procedures
• Experience with national stage filings under 371 preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
