Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patent Paralegal and Office Hero (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare filing documents for U.S. and foreign patent applications and prosecution
• Manage patent portfolio insights and deliverables in collaboration with patent practitioners
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, scheduling, and deadline management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or patent paralegal certificate
• 4+ years of experience as a patent prosecution paralegal
• Experience with U.S. and international patent filings and related formal documents
• Familiarity with patent management software and Microsoft products
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
