Job Summary

To support its intellectual property function, a full-time Patent Paralegal will manage global patent annuity and maintenance fee payments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and maintaining accurate records while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global patent annuity and maintenance fee payments for U.S. and foreign matters
• Track and monitor critical deadlines to ensure timely filings and payments
• Coordinate with outside counsel, foreign associates, and annuity vendors

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of patent prosecution, annuities, or docketing experience
• Exposure to both U.S. and foreign patent matters preferred
• Experience with annuity vendors (e.g., CPA Global, Dennemeyer) is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data/numbers
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
