Patent Product Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS company, the full-time Patent Product Specialist will engage with patent attorneys and IP professionals through live demos, field inquiries, and guide users toward paid plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live demonstrations of products such as Prep & Pros Pro and PatentPlex to potential clients
• Respond to inbound inquiries from attorneys interested in the software and assist them during trial periods
• Gather feedback from prospects and communicate insights to the product team to enhance offerings

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a patent department of a law firm as a paralegal, docketing specialist, or similar role
• Strong understanding of patent prosecution processes and terminology
• Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and build rapport without relying on scripts
• Organizational skills to manage a client pipeline while maintaining a personable approach
• Passion for explaining how software can simplify complex tasks in the patent field
