Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patent Prosecution Attorney/Agent (EE/CS) for a nationwide and remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent work quality and client service in patent prosecution
Conduct business development activities
Support clients in technical expertise areas such as EE, Computer Science, and related fields

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4+ years of solid patent prosecution experience
Strong technical background/expertise in EE, Computer Science, or equivalent
USPTO patent bar registration and at least one state bar license in good standing
For Patent Agent/Engineer: Minimum of 4+ years in patent prosecution with technical knowledge in specific fields like telecommunications, network infrastructures, blockchain, AI, or integrated circuits/processors
