Pathology Senior Director

Job Summary

To advance innovative therapeutic solutions, the full-time remote Pathology Senior Director will oversee computational pathology workflows, ensuring data integrity and supporting AI/ML model development while collaborating with diverse scientific teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure incoming datasets meet defined formats and project requirements
• Translate scientific requirements into structured dataset preparation tasks for pathology scientists
• Execute computational pathology workflows for AI model development and discovery projects

Required Qualifications

• DVM with 7 years of pathology or toxicology experience, or a Master's degree with 10 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience
• Board Certification in Veterinary Anatomic Pathology (DACVP) and a PhD in pathology or toxicology preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector as a discovery and toxicologic pathologist
• Experience with large-scale imaging datasets and associated metadata in cloud environments
• Familiarity with digital pathology pipelines and IHC assay workflows
