Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily direction and monitor productivity of the sample review team to meet KPIs
Evaluate operations and provide feedback for improvement in processes and team morale
Assist in daily operations, including training, staffing, and performance appraisals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years related experience

Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
