Job Summary
To support patient assistance programs, the full-time Patient Access Advocate will manage enrollment processes, collaborate with financial services, and conduct audits to ensure eligible patients receive necessary support, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supports patient assistance needs across multiple locations, assisting with drug/device recovery and financial assistance enrollments
- Collaborates with patient financial services to ensure all required documentation is completed for patient assistance
- Conducts monthly audits on enrollments and follows up on payment status with charity programs
Required qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
- Two years of experience in patient financial assistance, patient access, or provider office
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and data entry
