Patient Access Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Associate - RRC.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Call Center agent for Patient Access Registration
• Perform registration activities to ensure patient accounts are complete
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and process payments

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, clinical role, or related clerical accounting/finance/retail required
• 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle/call center experience preferred
• Prior Epic experience preferred
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
