Job Summary
Patient Access Case Manager will work full-time from home, assisting patients with healthcare and pharmacy processes, including insurance coverage and financial assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient accounts and manage new case assignments
- Contact patients regarding coverage approvals and pharmacy coordination
- Communicate with insurance providers to verify benefits and coverage details
Required Qualifications and Education:
- High School Diploma or GED (verifiable); additional education preferred
- Previous healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or patient support experience required
- Prior authorization or appeals experience is highly preferred
- Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
