Job Summary

Patient Access Case Manager will work full-time from home, assisting patients with healthcare and pharmacy processes, including insurance coverage and financial assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patient accounts and manage new case assignments
  • Contact patients regarding coverage approvals and pharmacy coordination
  • Communicate with insurance providers to verify benefits and coverage details
Required Qualifications and Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED (verifiable); additional education preferred
  • Previous healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or patient support experience required
  • Prior authorization or appeals experience is highly preferred
  • Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
