Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Access Center - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily activities and workflow of the Access Center, ensuring efficient resource allocation and superior patient experiences
  • Develop and integrate process improvements into training programs for agents, including performance monitoring and competency assessments
  • Monitor productivity metrics and act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely access and scheduling for patients and referrals


Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree
  • Three to five years of experience in a hospital or medical setting
  • Proven ability to assume increasing levels of responsibility
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and various health insurance programs
