Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Patient Access Center - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities and workflow of the Access Center, ensuring efficient resource allocation and superior patient experiences
- Develop and integrate process improvements into training programs for agents, including performance monitoring and competency assessments
- Monitor productivity metrics and act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely access and scheduling for patients and referrals
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Three to five years of experience in a hospital or medical setting
- Proven ability to assume increasing levels of responsibility
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Knowledge of medical terminology and various health insurance programs
