Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient access to treatments and resources by managing relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
- Educate patients on available resources, insurance coverage, and the prior authorization process
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate care and support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the healthcare field, including at least 7 years in care coordination or reimbursement
- Experience working with a Field Reimbursement Manager or Patient Coordinator
- Prior experience with a HUB and expertise in reimbursement activities
- Willingness to travel 5-10%
