Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access and Intake Coordinator- Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates patient admission processes by overseeing referral management and coordinating necessary documentation
  • Acts as a liaison between various teams to ensure readiness for patient admissions and communicates essential information
  • Maintains the accuracy of referral logs and supports the business development team in managing patient admission logistics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Preference for candidates with a healthcare-related area of concentration or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a healthcare-related area is preferred
  • Work experience in post-acute care is a plus
  • No specific licenses or certifications are required
