Job Summary

Handling incoming calls efficiently, the full-time Patient Access Coordinator will triage calls, create patient records, and schedule appointments while working remotely from approved states.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced environment and act as the first point of contact for patients
  • Maintain department productivity levels by meeting or exceeding monthly scorecard expectations
  • Escalate calls to supervisors or other departments as necessary while adhering to established policies and procedures
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
  • Reliable high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connection
