Job Summary
Handling all incoming telephone calls efficiently, the full-time Patient Access Coordinator will triage calls, create patient records, and schedule appointments in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly while maintaining professionalism and patience
- Create patient records and triage calls based on patient needs
- Maintain department productivity levels and meet monthly scorecard expectations
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of high-volume call center experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Reliable, high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connection
