Job Summary

Handling all incoming telephone calls efficiently, the full-time Patient Access Coordinator will triage calls, create patient records, and schedule appointments in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls promptly while maintaining professionalism and patience
  • Create patient records and triage calls based on patient needs
  • Maintain department productivity levels and meet monthly scorecard expectations
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of high-volume call center experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Reliable, high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connection
