Job Summary
Handling all incoming telephone calls efficiently, the full-time Patient Access Coordinator will triage patient inquiries, create records, and schedule appointments in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, acting as the first point of contact for patients
- Create patient records, triage calls, and schedule appointments based on patient needs
- Maintain department productivity levels and adhere to established policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED minimum education requirement
- 1+ years of high-volume call center experience
- Intermediate computer skills required
- Knowledge of medical terminology is highly preferred
- Reliable, high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connection required
