Job Summary

Handling all incoming telephone calls efficiently, the full-time Patient Access Coordinator will triage patient inquiries, create records, and schedule appointments in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, acting as the first point of contact for patients
  • Create patient records, triage calls, and schedule appointments based on patient needs
  • Maintain department productivity levels and adhere to established policies and procedures
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED minimum education requirement
  • 1+ years of high-volume call center experience
  • Intermediate computer skills required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is highly preferred
  • Reliable, high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connection required
