Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the part-time hourly Patient Access Coordinator will provide high-quality patient support through phone and digital channels, guiding patients through registration and eligibility processes while maintaining compliance with service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound patient communications, managing approximately 100-125 calls per week
  • Follow established scripts and workflows to ensure accurate and consistent patient support
  • Accurately document patient interactions and escalate complex issues to senior team members as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college education preferred
  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Motivated to build a career in patient services or healthcare operations
  • Demonstrates strong customer service instincts and professionalism
  • Comfortable learning new tools and technology
