Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the part-time hourly Patient Access Coordinator will provide high-quality patient support through phone and digital channels, guiding patients through registration and eligibility processes while maintaining compliance with service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient communications, managing approximately 100-125 calls per week
- Follow established scripts and workflows to ensure accurate and consistent patient support
- Accurately document patient interactions and escalate complex issues to senior team members as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college education preferred
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Motivated to build a career in patient services or healthcare operations
- Demonstrates strong customer service instincts and professionalism
- Comfortable learning new tools and technology
