Job Summary

Handling all incoming telephone calls efficiently, the full-time Patient Access Coordinator will triage calls, create patient records, and assist with scheduling in a hybrid work environment based in Orlando, FL.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced environment as the first point of contact for patients
  • Create patient records and triage calls based on patient needs while maintaining productivity levels
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures to achieve call-time and quality standards
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is highly preferred
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the specified location in Orlando, FL
