A company is looking for a Patient Access Center Data Analyst I to provide insights and analysis related to patient scheduling and access.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze scheduling patterns, service levels, and patient utilization to identify access gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Create reports and dashboards that support leadership decision-making regarding patient access metrics and operational performance
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business teams to enhance patient experience and optimize capacity management

Required Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, decision support, or healthcare informatics
• Understanding of provider scheduling, appointment workflows, and patient access metrics
• Ability to analyze and report on business units or service lines
• Demonstrated analytical/modeling skills to convert raw data into actionable insights
• Equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare analytics
