Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform insurance verification functions and update patient encounters in the system
- Review bill hold worklists and resolve issues to release claims
- Plan and organize work activities to meet departmental goals and make recommendations for improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of insurance verification and authorization experience
- 3 years of medical billing and utilization experience
- Strong Epic registration and scheduling experience
- Competency in MS Office
- High School Diploma / GED
