Patient Access Liaison - California

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Patient Access Liaison - California, the successful candidate will ensure patients facing complex rare disease conditions gain timely access to prescribed therapies by navigating prior authorization hurdles and specialty pharmacy workflows while collaborating with healthcare providers and the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and specialty pharmacy partners to assist with case pull-through and navigate access barriers
• Coordinate efforts between contracted Specialty Pharmacies and the Field Sales team for timely treatment initiation
• Manage and resolve case escalations requiring dedicated pull-through assistance and intervention

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in patient access, reimbursement, or clinical navigation, preferably in Rare Disease
• Deep understanding of specialty pharmacy models, patient assistance, and prior authorization processes
• Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Veeva and/or Salesforce for account management
• Ability to navigate Power BI dashboards for tracking case metrics and operational KPIs
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
