Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Manager for Insurance Referrals and Authorizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure quality assurance on patient registrations
  • Train and evaluate Patient Access staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and productivity
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures while promoting excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 1 year in Patient Access
  • No specific licensure or certifications required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in financial management and budget oversight
