Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Patient Access to lead and develop a team of Patient Care Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Patient Access team to ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient and empathetic handling of patient cases
- Establish and evaluate performance metrics to meet and exceed operational goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in patient-facing, digital health, or customer service operations roles
- 3-5 years of people management experience in healthcare, customer service, or operations
- Strong experience with telephony systems, CRM platforms, and operational analytics tools
- Data-driven with the ability to use metrics for decision-making and performance management
- Experience with self-funded employer benefit plans or bundled payment models is a plus
