Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Patient Access to lead and develop a team of Patient Care Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Patient Access team to ensure exceptional patient experiences
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient and empathetic handling of patient cases
  • Establish and evaluate performance metrics to meet and exceed operational goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in patient-facing, digital health, or customer service operations roles
  • 3-5 years of people management experience in healthcare, customer service, or operations
  • Strong experience with telephony systems, CRM platforms, and operational analytics tools
  • Data-driven with the ability to use metrics for decision-making and performance management
  • Experience with self-funded employer benefit plans or bundled payment models is a plus
