Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Manager to oversee patient re-authorization and documentation compliance in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review adjustments and denial trends to improve collection outcomes and minimize revenue write-offs
• Identify and collaborate on payer issues while maintaining communication with payer representatives
• Participate in staff education and development, providing feedback on performance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience
• Previous experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is required
• Knowledge of medical reimbursement is necessary
• Experience managing or overseeing staff is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Brightree is required
