Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a Patient Access team, driving accountability and performance
  • Own daily registration and admission operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Drive process improvement initiatives focused on patient flow and registration accuracy
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 10+
  • Experience leading Patient Access, Registration, or Revenue Cycle teams
  • Proven ability to solve complex operational challenges
  • Strong knowledge of front-end revenue cycle, registration, and admissions workflows
  • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and team performance
