Job Summary
Leading a dynamic Patient Access team, the full-time Registration Complete Manager will manage daily registration and admission operations, solve complex operational challenges, and collaborate with global offshore teams to enhance patient experience and revenue cycle performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a Patient Access team, driving accountability and performance
- Own daily registration and admission operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Drive process improvement initiatives focused on patient flow and registration accuracy
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 10+
- Experience leading Patient Access, Registration, or Revenue Cycle teams
- Proven ability to solve complex operational challenges
- Strong knowledge of front-end revenue cycle, registration, and admissions workflows
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and team performance
