Job Summary

To ensure seamless patient registration operations, the full-time remote Patient Access Manager will oversee clinic-based workflows, manage performance metrics, and drive strategic improvements while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee patient access workflows, including insurance verification, registration accuracy, and service pre-payment processes
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient access, analyzing trends to implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance registration processes and participate in initiatives aimed at improving patient experience
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in a front office, patient access, or revenue cycle environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization processes, and point-of-service collections
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and payer compliance standards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPI data and drive performance improvement
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) and practice management systems
