Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote team of Patient Care Coordinators, ensuring strong performance and accountability
• Manage PCC coverage to meet clinic volume demands and oversee patient access workflows
• Monitor access metrics, identify performance trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare patient access or front-office operations
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience
• Experience leading and coaching remote teams with performance management accountability
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable improvement plans
