Job Summary

To support patient access performance across assigned clinics, the remote Patient Access Manager - PA will lead a team of Patient Care Coordinators, manage coverage allocation, and ensure the execution of workflows related to referrals, scheduling, and insurance verification.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of remote Patient Care Coordinators, ensuring performance and engagement
  • Oversee patient access workflows, including referrals, scheduling, and benefits verification
  • Monitor access metrics and implement corrective action plans to improve performance standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare patient access or front-office operations
  • 2+ years of direct people leadership experience
  • Experience leading and coaching remote teams
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable improvement plans
